I TRULY KNOW WHAT I DO

EXPERIENCING GOD’S LOVE 

God’s love is boundless.  It is an eternity of caring. God is Love. His Love must be fleshed out, become everyday, approachable and incarnate. This is what happened in Jesus,  In Him the endless love that is God became touchable, approachable, real. Infinite ineffable love became an everyday love. He came to know that the love he called “Daddy” was also His own innermost identity.  Through the earthy, concrete stores He told, and through the story that was His life, He made that love real for us. He showed what God was like, reaching to people in the deepest level of their wounded ness, loving the undeserving. He promises a future in which this loving God will win our, will have the final say over the forces of dehumanization, destruction and fear that are part of the lives of each one of us, and part of the life of our world. 

The stories Jesus told and the story of His life are full of earthy ordinary details of everyday life, the details of business, finances, farming, sickness and death. That’s the world in which we live our lives.  God’s love can come to us in this ordinary, everyday world.  When we are filled with self-doubt, when some of our projects have failed, when our stomach aches with disappointment, we need a God who sees right past the layers of falsity and fear in our personality to the wonderful unique creature that is our real self. 

He greets us with the good news that we am loved, and accepted.  His Love speeds us along the journey to wholeness. His Love is there to challenge us every time we decided to receive it. He asks us to risk opening our hearts, our being and our everyday life to the God who loves like the God who reveals Himself thorough Jesus. We have no other choice but to struggle to love like that.  Every time we open ourselves up to that love, that love prods us on, challenges us to begin, even in some small measure, to love in the same way. We know that if we open ourselves to His love, we open ourselves to change.  When we let Him hold us close, we find that he needs us as much as we need Him, and this scares us. He needs us to be agents of His Peace in so far as we weep with those who week and greet Him in the least of our brothers.

A MEDITATION ON
ALWAYS   

What does always truly mean? You know the word.  However, in the context of human vernacular always translates for a day, a week, a month or a year.  Always is a concept that is so difficult for humanity to understand. That is because of the fickle nature of humanity.  It is so changeable.  If things are going well, always is easier to say because there is a plentitude of goodness occurring.  When things go downward as they will do in a lifetime in temporary, connectedness with always becomes looser and looser. Negativity rises to the surface in the inner voice of each person. Person after person begins to pray for relief from what is occurring.  Nobody wishes to live in negativity always.  It is hard for humanity to see that I, Jesus the Messiah, am with them in these downward spirals.  It is easy to get caught up in anger and bitterness at Me for not taking away the suffering of the moment.

I tell people that I am with them in their troubles.  They tell Me in return. “That’s nice to know.  However, I am in pain.  This hurts. All I am asking is that you use your Divine Power to take away the screws to my psyche. I am asking you to remove the source of my trouble.  After all, you are God. You can do anything. How about giving me a break?”

I understand humanity’s frustration.  I simply emphasize again and again that I do not give misery to anybody.  Most misery rises up physically out of your inherited DNA. Generational history also accounts for some of the misery people feel.  The same is true of the decisions people make in their lives in the world of temporary. When you add these factors together, you can see why misery surfaces from time to time throughout life. 

I do not take away such misery. Although sometimes I do. However, I walk with each person through his/her misery and provide the comfort and solace necessary for him/her to make it through each day in temporary.  I temper human tempers with My Wisdom.  I enable individuals to take responsibility for their portions of the misery and I help them to work through the feelings that are part and parcel of such misery. I find that many times the misery that arises in the lives of human beings, somehow draws them to Me. I welcome them into My Company.  I do not rejoice in their pain.  I help them carry their crosses. I enable them to see that I am truly in their midst in their moments of pain. I underscore that I am with them Always in all things great and small.

When troubles arise, you naturally do what you can to handle such trouble. Most times you succeed. However, there are those times when your efforts produce nothing. In fact, in truth, whatever you do seems to make matters worse.

You know and accept that I am with you in all things great and small. You rejoice at those things where you see My Grace at work. Problems are resolved expeditiously.

However there are those times, even though you know I am at work, when the problem remains. Those are times of inner confusion.

You say, "Lord, I am trying my best. Nothing seems to work. I know you are listening to me. Help me to open my ears to You. I do not know what else to do."

I respond. "Be patient, My friend. There is so much more here than you can imagine. I am truly at work in this trouble. You do not see evidence of this. I know. I simply tell you to have faith. Trust My Words. Accept My Inner Direction. Let Our Most Holy Spirit guide all that you think, say and do.

I know you are results oriented. I also know that you are time driven. You want results today. I do not always work that way. Thus I tell you to get out of My Way. I will handle your trouble as I see fit. That is hard for you to accept. You already know your solution. You wonder why I do not allow you to say and do what you know will work.

I simply say. Your answers to your troubles come from your limited human perspective. You have tried your solution to little or no avail. In fact, what you do only seems to make matters worse.

I tell you this in your now. Just be still on the matter. Do not respond emotionally. Let Me Peace put out the fire in your heart. That fire is man made. Let it be engulfed by My Heavenly Fire. That will put out your human ire.

Trust Me  in all things great and small. Trust Me even when you think I am wrong. You know this trouble that you cannot fix is beyond your abilities. Thus, you must decrease. You must let Me increase.

I am truly God the Father, My friend. I speak in you. I know you are a friend of My Son. I share the Wisdom in you that you heart felt love for Me has won for you. I share the words that are eternally true.

 Thus, let go of your solutions. Accept My Promise that I am truly at work resolving even the biggest problem in your life even though you do not see results immediately. That takes great faith. This is true because deep down no resolution to your problem is so very painful to you.

Thus all you can do is place the problem in My Hands. Trust what you cannot see. Accept what I say as true even though it seems like a cop out to you. My Words are eternally true. I truly know what I do.

WELCOME TO OUR SACRED SPACE

Now let's move on. We are in Our Sacred Space. Be not distracted by events in your human temporary space. I clear them away. I put them to rest. I free you to just be with Me.

Pause

Oh My friend! My Peace is with you. I do not care what you feel in this very moment in your time with Me. I tell you loud and clear. My Peace is with you. I do not care what thoughts exist in your mind at this very moment in your time. I say loud and clear. My Peace is with you.

I do care what you do at this very moment in your time. You come to Me in prayer. You freely choose to ignore all that you think and feel. You freely choose to leave your human debris behind. You eschew everything in your mind at this very moment in your time. You freely choose to empty you of you. You discard your human feelings of this moment in your time. You offer them to Me. You come before Me humbly. You accept My Inner Silence joyfully.

We touch beyond time. We meet in Our Sacred Space. We, Father, Son and Most Holy Spirit share our Timeless Love gently, quietly and experientially within you. Nothing else has any importance. Does it? We touch you. That is all that truly matters.

True Love dwells in you for a fleeting second in your time. In that moment I make you eternally Ours. Kiss goodbye to seconds, minutes and hours. Just be quietly. Just be timelessly.

Pause

I touch you with Love Eternal. I bless you with My True Presence in you. I revive My Spirit in you. I wipe away any and all human negativity. I touch you with My Grace. I welcome you to Our Sacred Space.

 Be still.

Be still.

 Be filled with Our Love.
