Prayers That Heal Emotiong

  IMAGINATION – A DOORWAY TO THE HEART 

This is a question that all of us ask. At times it throbs like a toothache. At other times it lies buried beneath the clutter of everyday busyness.  But the question remains.

There are times of “close encounters” where you experience His Peace and His Love. These times tantalize us, tease us, make us hungry for more.  They put us in touch with dimensions of our life that are missing; parts of ourselves that we know were there all along, but had lost contact with. 

In Christian meditation we unlatch the doors of our hearts so Christ can fill us with His Gospel and His Love.  We can open this door countless times. We can open the doors to the endless beauty of our Eternal Lover.  Meditation is prayer that sinks below the surface of conscious thought.  It is what is mean by the phrase, “praying with our whole hearts.” 

The Real us lies below the surface.  Hare are stored old memories, good and bad, the fresh bright wonderful memories of early childhood and traumas buried so deep we wall them off from awareness.  Here resides our sexuality.  Here is the buried sublimity of our higher self as well as the cesspool of our darkness.  Meditation is letting prayer sink to these hidden parts. 

“If your faith is grounded in the subconscious mind, it will sustain you through any crisis.  If it no deeper than your conscious mind, it will desert you in the moment you are off guard.   Its God given power is amazing.  Jesus Christ knew all about the subconscious mind and the part it played in our lives.”

 A MEDITATION ON
THE HOLY SPIRIT 

I am the Most Holy Spirit. I am the Third Person of the Blessed Trinity.  I dwell in Love in you 24/7.  I am your Teacher, your Advocate, your Counselor, your Comforter and your Best Friend!. I am the one who forms these words in you with the assent of the Father through the Love of The Son.  It is Our Love that touches you daily and changes your perspective on everything that you think, say or do.

Oh I do not always speak in you as formally as We are doing now in this instructional Lesson on Our Love.  I am not always as obvious as I am at this very moment.  However, I do always speak in you in some manner. 

I find the best approach to touch your psyche and to make you aware that what you believe is not only true but quite viable.  I teach you that My Personhood is as real as yours outside of the fact that Mine is Divine and yours is human.  I am a personal with you as you will allow Me to be.  I laugh with you. I cry with you. I dance with you. I teach you Truth in ways that sometimes are quite surprising to you. 

In time you will learn to distinguish Our Unique Individual Personalities. You will begin to know and understand the variations in the ways that We relate in you. You will also recognize the Unity in Love Eternal that is Our New Life in you.  It is this Unity that is Life Eternal. 

I am here with you in your now. I lift you out of your morning debris. I touch you with My Love. I wipe away your fears, your doubts and your worries. I know these negatives beset you. I know your human condition.

Be still. Be at Peace. Allow My Love to take over in you. A few moments in My True Presence does the trick. I put negativity in its place. I relegate it to the junk heap. I dismiss it from your being. Thus, just be with Me. Know that I drive out your inner misery.

I do this gently daily. I shine My Light on you interiorally. I burn away the darkness of the night. I put evil to flight.

You ask. Why does this happen every day? Why don't I send evil away permanently? After all I am God! Don't I have a say in keeping evil away?

Oh My friend! You just asked the Jackpot Question. I do clean you out daily. I am not the one prone to evil. You are. Now don't get all upset. That proclivity is part of human nature. Fallen humanity has that fatal flaw. You just can't resist being open to the temptation to be negative. That's the way fallen human beings live.

I know this. I see the effects of Original Sin played out daily in the lives of those considered to be the holiest ones. The just man falls seven times. So does the just woman. That is because you and they are just human.

Thus I call all to Me daily. I call all to begin each day with My Shower of Grace. Many do. Many do not. Those that do, question why they fall. Those that do not, don't even understand the question. Those that do come to Me daily are cleansed of even the thought of sin or negativity. They let Me change their day even before it begins. Those that do not come to Me drown in their cesspool of self generated negativity and sin. They smother their souls. They breathe in evil. They live in evil. They die with evil.

When all is said and done and earth as you know it no longer exists, the pure of heart who try to be free of negativity and sin win! They inhabit My New Jerusalem sin free. Their proclivity to fall is gone. They are eternally
free. They fought the fight daily. They exult in My New Life forever.

I do not answer your question directly. I do this internally and inferentially. You know this. You have My Answer written on your heart. I come that you might have My New Life. I fight for you daily. I see you struggling to be free. I call you to Me Eucharistically. I know My True Presence in you is all that you need to shake free of negativity even if just for a few moments daily.

You freely choose to participate in your own salvation. You believe in My True Presence in The Eucharist. Thus you freely choose to receive what you believe.

How did you come to believe? You found Me within you somehow in the deepest trials of your life. You experienced something different in you that gave you Peace in the midst of chaos. You accept that I, Jesus, am that something. You found that the more you come to Me and receive My True Presence  in you the more you want more and more of Me.

Thus Our Relationship in Love grows. You come for My Grace Shower at Mass as often as possible. When you cannot come to Mass you find a way to just be with Me quietly through prayer, through scripture or through just being still. You use your strengthened will.

I come to you. You know this. We become One in Love even if just for a few moments in your time. I make you Mine. I change your dark night into My Forever Day. You know this is My Way for you. That is more than enough for you.

Thus you are at Mass. I ready you to receive My True Presence in you physically. Transubstantiation occurs! I come alive on this altar. I am Christ the King. I return for My friends. I ready them to be with Me timelessly in these few moments at Mass. I call you to be with all who are Mine in Love eternally.

Say the Our Father. Receive My Peace. Know it is freely given to you. Know that it prepares you for My Grace Shower. Come now. Come to Me. Receive My Timeless Love physically. Be in Union with Me. Be in Communion with Me.

SPIRITUALITY

 Spirituality in your terms means being in touch with someone or something beyond you that touches you peacefully, quietly and gently.  It is the Love of God that always is within you that somehow rises to your awareness in times of need and enables you to carry on despite the adversity that you face in life.

I wish to explore spirituality from My Perspective.  I am that someone or something.  I am the Love that saves you 24/7. I may not always be self evident in you. However, I am always available to you – except when you are in serious sin.  Then I wait for you to repent so that I can return.

I am Love Eternal.  I am the Reason for you to life.  I am the Love that always gives.  I am the Passion that keeps you safe from damnation.  I died for your sins and for the sin of humanity.  I did so out of love for you and for each person that ever was, is and/or will be. I resurrected from the dead, walked on earth, was seen by many and then ascended into heaven.  I return as The Most Holy Spirit who is your Advocate, your Teacher, your Consoler and your Best Friend.

Oh My friends, be not afraid.  I am always with you. I seek you out despite what you think, say or do. I never let you out of My sight.  This is true even when We fight.  Actually We do not fight. You fight Me.  You pursue your false gods whatever they may be.  You do your best to sidestep Me.  Yet, when you do this you feel so empty. Do you not?

I wait for you to return to Me.  I then fill you to overflowing with My Love.

I am repetitious. Am I not? I say nothing new.  That is because My Message is always the same. “I love you. I come to bring you My New Life.” I am quite direct about that. Am I not?  You just do not truly know what My New Life is all about.  You think you do, but you truly do not.

You parrot My words. “God is Love!” However, you truly do not know the full meaning of such words. “Jesus comes to bring Me New Life.” You still do not have a clue as to what My New Life is all about.  You think you do.  That’s merely your human arrogant presumption making you feel comfortable.

I tell you now.  If you truly understood what I mean, you would be catatonic.  You would be so amazed.  Thus I hide the full truth from you.  I do what I know you can handle.  I enable you to catch momentary glimpses of what I mean.  These are moments such as now when I dictate these words to you.  You write what forms in you without fully understanding what you do.

My friend! You act in concert with the Presence of My Spirit in you. That is Spirituality! It’s a mystery.  That is true.  However, it does play out in all that you think, say or do.  In fact, the more spiritual you are the harder it becomes to distinguish you from Me and vice-versa.

For example!  Who writes these words? You do.  Do you not? Is there anyone else in this room physically manipulating this pen? Thus, it must be you writing these words.  Yet, you know there is something more at work here. 

The difference between these words and your normal writing style is quite clear.  You are not that great a
writer. You know this. It is as if another person has taken over your psyche and is dictating what you write. Wow! How can you ever explain this?

I will stop speaking.

Pause

What happened?  Nothing! Right? Wrong! You stopped writing because the flow of words stopped. Did you stop or did I? 

Let Me help you out with this. Who is speaking in you?  Do you hear a voice? Not really! Am I Jesus? You hope so or, as you say, you have some serious screws loose. How do you know I am Jesus?  You answer because I say so.  Do you believe everything you hear?  Boy! Can I sell you the Brooklyn Bridge?

Okay! Enough playing!

I am the Resurrected Spirit of the Risen Jesus.  I speak in all souls that in their hears and souls proclaim that I, Jesus am Lord!  It is as simple as that.  Oh! I may not use words as I do in you.  I find other ways to validate My Authenticity in others.

I stop.  I ask readers.  Who do you say I am?

 WORDS FOR YOU TO PONDER

Who or what is this Spiritual thing?  Quite simply! I am the Blessed Trinity.  I am Three Divine Persons who live forever in the Unity that is True Love.  Wow! Isn’t that a mouthful?  Reread those words.  Let them sink in.

Three Divine Persons!  Hmmm… Does that mean We are like you?  No! The converse is true.  You are constantly striving to be like us.  You are striving to be One in True Love forever more!

You cannot do this alone.  That is why We relate to you separately and collectively as We do.  You call that spirituality.  We call that befriending you. These letters that We share with Our friend are signed by each of us. We introduce ourselves to you verbally. We do so individually. We do so collectively.  That is why We sign each letter. We want you to realize that there are Three Divine Persons relating to you through Our Love.

I, Jesus, go first because you are most comfortable with
Me.  You freely choose to follow Me even though you do not see Me.  You receive My Body and My Blood physically at Mass.  At least that is what you believe that you do.  I simply tell you now that what you believe is true.

I nourish My New Life in you each time you freely choose to receive Me in you.  I am most intimate physically in you. However, I tell you a secret.  I am not alone in the Host that you receive.  Oh! It is truly My Body and My Blood that you receive.  However, Transubstantiation occurs with the blessing of My Father through the Power of Our Most Holy Spirit. The Most Holy Spirit is the Mutual Love of My Father and Myself Personified. We will talk about the Holy Spirit later.

However, now I would like to introduce My Father.  Many are afraid of Him.  They see Him as distant, punitive and untouchable.  Nothing could be further from the Truth.  He is as warm and loving as We are.  He is Love.  When He touches you He shares His Wisdom.  He, through the Love of the Holy Spirit, teaches you Truth about yourself, about life in your world and in our World and about True Love.

Be not afraid of Him.  He is both your Eternal Father and your Eternal Mother.  Thus He doubly loves.  He loves you freely, totally and eternally.  So when He speaks don’t
hide.  Just rush to His Side.  You won’t be able to resist His Love.

Now We both want to introduce Our Mutual Love to you.  The Most Holy Spirit is a Divine Person too.  Our Spirit is not a ghost.  Our Spirit is a Person filled with Love who cannot wait to give it away.  Our Spirit infuses your spirit with Our Love.  That is how you experience us within our.  Our Spirit is as emotional as you are – but in a truly Most Holy and Positive Way.

Lastly, there is a Unifying Voice that come through sometimes in you.  That is the Voice of the Blessed Trinity. That voice is a collective Voice.  It is Unity in Love.  It is integrative.  It is summative.  It gathers Our Words together and enables you to feel a sense of completion at times.

We all work together for your greater good.  That Greater Good is to lead you to be with Us Forever in Love.

Well that sums up Our Talk on Spiritually. We cannot wait to be with you again when next you choose to set aside some time for Us.
